Shutdown/ Restart Problem

I recently installed windows 10 on my gaming rig.... All perfect besides turning my computer off. When I press shut down or restart, it always goes to processes still open, 2 in particular (sleep - programs is not allowing for shutting down) (and a net.framework blah blah blah), but whatever I press ( cancel or force shutdown) it goes into shutting down with dots circling around but never turns off. Pls help

Have you tried ending those processors via task manager before attempting a shut down?
