Windows 10 disappeared?

So both mine and my girlfriends pc is on windows 10 upgraded from 8.1 pro. Well her game was running at 50 refresh rate instead of 60 in codaw. We tried to fix it and it black screened. We forced a shutdown and when we booted back up it kept hanging up before the windows screen. It attempted to repair but hung up there. Then it tried to boot into windows 8.1 which I found strange. Any thoughts? I'm dumping the primary drive as we speak and reloading but never seen that happen before.

Redid win 10 and it lost the mbr it seems again. If win 10 is just garbage.
