Problem with my AIO cooler?

I recently purchased a Kraken x61 All in One CPU cooler. I installed it, following an online manual for AMD installation. Everything seems to be working fine, but the NZXT logo is not lit up. The CAM software doesn't seem to recognize my cooler, either, and I haven't been able to find the "Aztec USB Device" in my device manager. Can someone help me?

Are all your power cables plugged in? Does it make noise?
