So I just finished installing the newest version of blisspop for my ls990 (lg g3 sprint) and when i try to install any app from the play store it gives me an error of error -506

can someone please help its pretty urgent

 

Is there any text that appears with the code?

Try this:

 

App info > Clear Data > Uninstall Updates > Reboot > Wait for Play store to reupdate itself.

Try this:

 

App info > Clear Data > Uninstall Updates > Reboot > Wait for Play store to reupdate itself.

 

After further inspection it seems to be even weirder than i expected. I got some apks off the internet (safe, i know) and i was able to install unofficial apps like showbox or some random torrented app i had from awhile back (tasker), but installing apps like whatsapp or snapchat returned an error of "not installed"

Make a post on XDA Developers.  Someone over there definitely will be able to help you.
