So I have been requested to build an office-friendly PC, to be on the desk.

The usages are office programs and several CAD programs to open 3D renders and work with them once in a while and such, that's why I went with the Quadro ( and also for driver compatibility, GTX cards don't work with the software ).

So it had to be small, quiet and capable and that's what I went for.

This is my first small form factor build by the way, it was harder than I expected but I did it.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($294.95 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! SHADOW ROCK LP 51.4 CFM CPU Cooler  ($39.90 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($97.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: PNY Quadro K620 2GB Video Card  ($161.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 OEM (64-bit)  ($86.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $859.69
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

It cost me around 1100EU where I live.

The motherboard, a nice matte black board with AC wifi built in.

The cooler, my first time with a low-profile cooler. The installation took me long but it works great.

Here is the cooler installed on the 4790.

Some notes, I didn't spend alot of time to get the cables even tidy in the case, only to get the airflow a bit better. The PC won't be likely upgraded, ever and it was a complication on it's own to build it.

So here it is, a small form factor CAD build in a cube case.
Thanks for taking a look, :D
