I have a CM Hyper 212 evo and the fans that came with it are quite noisy. I would like to get some noctua fans and was wondering to get the P12 or the F12. And would these come with low noise adapters because I would like to use some with my two big 200mm fans.

Noctua say the F12 is better than the P12 for heat sinks but is it SIGNIFICANTLY better and worth the extra noise?

Never mind! the F12PWM is only £16 free delivery from amazon and i would have to get a P12 for £20 including delivery from scan. Now I'm just wondering if you could actually hear the difference between a F12PWM and a P12PWM so if it was worth paying extra.

Gelid wings, Scythe gentle typhoons (if you can find them), silverstone air penetrators. And if you want ultimate performance with exceptional acoustics, then Noctua is your brand (they are however quite ugly. Beige and brown color scheme...)

Corsair Obsidian 800D | Msi GD-80 z68 | Intel Core i72600k (stock speeds at the moment) | Msi Gtx 570 twin frozr III | 8GB Corsair Dominator @1600mHz | Coolermaster evo 212 temporary) | Cooled by Gelid Wings | Intel SRT smart caching | Windows 7 ultimate x64
