I upgraded my PC to windows 10 from 7 and GTA V would not work so I downgraded again. It still does not work. I have tried everything, re downloaded verified game cache and on and on. I have asked Rockstar and no response. I didn't cheat or mod anything why Rockstar!

Have you tried a complete uninstall of the game and your GPU drivers and reinstall? Including the deletion of any leftover files?

When you say complete do you mean go to steam directory and delete that or right click delete local content. Also what do mean left over files?

When you say complete do you mean go to steam directory and delete that or right click delete local content. Also what do mean left over files?

Use something like RevoUninstaller to uninstall the game and DDU with the GPU drivers.
