This a good display?

I really like colors personally, and I don't need a $250 144 hz ultra monitor or anything, and 60 hz is good enough and I'm not a serious CS:GO gamer, and I do play shooters but 60 hz is goo enough for me :P

For your usage, it's perfect. It looks to be glossy in the pictures though, so make sure you don't have a window facing it or you will have a lot of glare.

 

I would have a window at a right angle next to it, just now showing directly on it, so it should be good, right?

As long as the sun never points directly at the spot in which you will have the monitor, you shouldn't have any issues.
