So I have 14 updates that are all for windows 7 however, when I go to install them, the window says it is downloading windows 10. I do not want to upgrade to 10 right now so I just want to update my current OS. Is there any way to get rid of the "Upgrade to Windows 10" auto download, or is it just broken for me?

You should be able to select which updates you want to install in your update-manager thingy.

Cannot remember exactly how it looks like in Win7.

I do this and it still comes up with the Win 10 DL. IDK what to do at this point.

We're okay. I unreserved win 10 and shut down my computer and it only installed the windows 7 updates.

It will download but it wont install.
Have been dealing with this the last few weeks doing updates and os installs.
It confirms several times before actually going to windows 10
