Why is it there? Why not? He's an avid cat lover. Time constraints and the inherent difficulty of capturing/uploading even remotely amusing cat footage.

He doesn't have an upload schedule for it. It's erratic because it's unplanned and unstaged. It's generally cat and family videos.
