Need help chosing a graphics card

This will be my first pc and I want help getting a good graphics card for my setup

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 Haswell Dual-Core 3.6GHz LGA 1150 Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H97-D3H LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI SATA 6 Gb/s RAM: HyperX Fury Black Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 Hard drive: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM SSD: Crucial BX100 CT250BX100SSD1 2.5" 250GB SATA 6Gbps Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER - Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Power Supply: Cooler Master Elite V2 - 550W L   I can only spend  200 euro on the graphics card also any help on building a PC for the first time would be appreciated  Thanks for your help

I'd say an R9 270X or 280 on the AMD side, and on the Nvidia side a GTX 960.
