Recently I have started to play need for speed prostreet and I remember that this game had dlc but I nowhere foundit were to download this dlc.

Most dlc can be found on then developers website or the DVD the game came on if you got it digital the from the service you got it from I.E. steam, origin and chances are if you haven't bought the dlc you'll have to buy it unless it was free dlc.

if its an old game, itll download the whole game, even tho you dont have the DLC i belive, same with BF2 on me

It could be already in there. I have had this with Dirt3.
