Low FPS

About 1 hour ago my PC just started to lag like crazy. On games such as CSGO my fps dropped from 160 to 30. Not really sure what has happened. My OS is Windows 10 and yes i have installed the latest drivers from the nvidia website. My gpu is a 650ti.
