i have no DVI, i use vga to dvi at the card side

and the monitor tab in the CCC called " VGA " not digital

The Monitor must have HDMI, DVI or DP as every LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) has one of those at least. You could buy one of those cables and try it. Not expensive and will yield better image quality because there is no information loss as with analog cables, namely, VGA.

That's odd. Well, I guess I can't really offer any other advice. Again, weird that the CPU is not coping.
