New AMD Driver For Single Card?

I saw someone who said they didn't see an improvement using the newest driver on that card. Which makes sense, it's more about crossfire for newer cards

Maybe in terms of FPS. But in terms of frame rating/latency? No.

Not so much, just overclock your card and start saving for a new one.
