Windows Movie Maker Anyone?

so im editing a video and I would like to put a 7 second part of the middle of the song (Its a fatrat song I downloaded that is safe to use on yt btw) but it will only use the beginning of it! Is there a way to do what I want and if not,

Camtasia does that with mp3 files.

 

Try converting it to wav. (works for camtasia anyway)

You should be able to add the whole song into movie maker then just cut out what you don't want.
