Stress test software and temp monitoring?

Can anyone recommend any software I can use to stress test my CPU and monitor its temps?

 

My CPU is i7 4790K

 

I'm not using Prime95 since that software is said to overvolt and damage Intel CPUs

core temp to monitor cpu temp

gpu-z to verify clockspeed and ram speed  and timings

aida64 to stress test. 

 

for a rough OC start at 1.92 vrin, 1.35 vcore and 44 multipler and work from there.

You can use Intel Burn test or AIDA64 both will stress and monitor temps. If you aren't overclocking prime won't hurt your CPU. I assume you are though, I have always used prime95 with no problems. If you feel you don't want to risk it just use AIDA 64 or Intel Burn test and then real temp is nice for GPU/CPU temp monitoring.
