Windows 10 upgrade

Hi,

 

Now that Windows 10 is out, is it still possible to buy a new Windows 7 and upgrade it to Windows 10, rather than buying Windows 10 directly?

Is that even any cheaper to do that?

Yea you can do that if it is cheaper only before 29 july 2016
