Bluetooth Dongle [Need Help]

So i recently bought this Bluetooth Dongle: http://www.konigelectronic.com/en_us/550426279

 

It says that it's supposed to support Bluetooth Voice data, but the only thing that works is the file transfer. It connect's just fine to my Galaxy Note 3, but the only thing that works is the file transfer. I'm supposed to be able to accept incomming calls from my phone, and communicate through the computer using the headphones and microphone plugged into the PC.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong? I'm really fustrated at the moment, been trying to figure it out all day.
