windows 7 bootup problems

zyntaxable

Hi,

I recently downgraded back to windows 7 from windows 10, after I had too many issues to cope with. It worked fine, for one day. Now, I get this everytime I start up:

The picture looks out of proportion because I had to crop it for it to be small enough for upload. The res of the monitor is 1920x1080 and the desktop isn't outside the boundaries of the monitor

I can boot in Safe mode, then it works fine. (That is where I posted this from)

When it boots up without anything on the desktop, I can do ctrl+alt+delete and go into task manager. explorer.exe IS running, so that can't be the issue. Anyone have any tips?

Thanks in advance
