h110i GT/GTX, Kelvin s36(if you are in a country that can even purchase it), Liqtech 240, Nepton 280l.  S36 and Liqtech will be the quietest pump wise, and fan-wise.  H110i GT/GTX is hit or miss as some have noise issues and vibration issues, as well as corsair fans can be plagued with issues from over-tightening them, and then the 280l is amazing performance and not too loud, but not too quiet either.

H110I GT comes with the best pre-applied thermal paste on the market, though.  So, bare that in mind.  Often beating out MX4, and Gelid pastes by a degree, and it's pre-applied, so less hassle.
