New speakers

The speakers I use with my computer is actually a sound dock with an aux port -__- its so big I cant fit on my desk so its under it. which muffles the sound really BAD! So can someone suggest me a good computer speaker system  that is decent and pretty bang for the buck?

                Motherboard:       MSI GD55 Z77                        SSD:                 120gb patriot pyro se          KB:    K70 RGB                                     

                Ram:                    8gb 2133MHz G skill               HDD:                 4 Tb                                    Mouse: M65 RGB
