At stock frequencies, an HD 5830 takes 100 W at full load and a 3570K takes 60-70 W. That's about 160 W, add 50 W for the rest, so expect 200-220 W at full load (not peaks)
Also your PSU is good, based on Seasonic.
From the wall, as it's 80+ Bronze, might draw 250 W at full load or less
TL;DR: you're fine
