So i have a max of around $530 and i am looking for a decent AMD build (let the hate begin xD). I have created a build on pcpartpick and i was wondering if you guys could look it over and help me get the best system out of my budget. You could have a cheaper psu and some cheaper ram by 10$ and get an ssd in there as well as a 1tb hdd. Idk what storage u have

I have some spare 1tb hdd laying around so im good on the storage as for a ssd ill be looking into one for the future.

Why an athlon. His build would outperform that one.

 

You should also NEVER use bundled power supplies.

 

It's a ThermalTake, so it's at least slightly trustworthy... Also, the 860K is substittuted so he can get a better GPU.

Or he could go with a better CPU with more performance, and maybe if he could, save up about $40 more to get the 290 to have mantle with the APU for added benefits. Even then his current build is 100% good to go.

If you can afford it get an SSD or wait and save for one. They're worth it. I bought a 500 gig one and I kind of regret it because I have almost nothing on it. So get a 128gb just to put your OS on and get a 2TB HDD for everything else.

Honestly, I'm not really a budget build kind of guy... So I'm pretty useless in these threads. I agree with you.

newegg has an ocz 240 for like 60 bucks atm
