What is page ram exactly because this program that I have is telling me that I have 8GB of page ram. Here is my build:

Are you sure because there is another bar that shows 7.8GB of RAM and it's not page ram.

Then it's referring to the page file. The page file is a section of a drive assigned by the OS or user to act as RAM in case your physical RAM fills.

Oh ok, how can I find out how much VRAM I have on my intergrated graphics?

Integrated graphics doesn't have any of its own VRAM. It uses system memory as VRAM - you can either find that information in the BIOS or using a program such as GPU-Z.

So I play Arma 3 and I want to try to get better graphics out of it. For the VRAM parameter can I put like 4GB since I have enough regular ram or should I put the regular ram parameter?

I don't think the BIOS goes up that far - you want to leave enough RAM for the system too.
