Windows 10 Upgrade failed

I've been reserving windows 10 for awhile already. I checked my update history and found out that windows 10 home upgrade failed due to some reason, I know its caused by program incompatible but I've deleted it and right now its still here for some reason can someone please tell me how to fix this issue? I've tried deleting the files in System Distribution/Downloads.
