Galaxy s4 units problem

Guys I have a problem with my gs4. I want to change the units from imperial to metric ex. From F to Celsius and from mi to klm. Any help?

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300, MSI GTX 560TI Twin Frozr 2, 2x500GB drives, cheapo 500w PSU, cheapo HP Pavilion Elite m9000 case

What weather app you using, the stock one? then you need to tap it, then use the settings button (the button to the left of the home button) and select settings.  

 

From there you can change what ever you need to from there.

 

Well its that on my S3 using the stock weather widget/app
