I am not sure if my laptop is broken, or if it is just cause 2 being dumb

I am getting some weird "artifacting" when I play just cause 2. I am not really sure it is artifacting(as I can take a screenshot and whatnot)

This has been only happening with just cause 2, and no other game.

I tried re-installing, but that did not help.

This only happened after I got windows 10 on my laptop

Here is a screenshot of the game:

here are the specs of my laptop:

i7 4710HQ @ 2.5ghz

gtx 860m with 4gigs of vram

12gb of ram

1tb and 750gb hard drives with a 128gb ssd

why are you in windowed mode,?

even in full screen?

happened to me in csgo once

alt tab fixed it.

print screen does not work when in fullscreen, and when I alt tab in just cause 2 multiplayer it goes into windowed mode

I do not want to go back to windows 8.1  D:

I will try updating my drivers and see if that fixes it

BTW, alt - enter puts games in fullscreen mode.

New platforms are always buggy, not to start a W10 debate, it's just how it is.

I know, but entering or exiting full-screen does not fix the problem

I am not a OS elitist. No need to worry  xD

It is only just cause 2, so it is not that big of a deal
