Hey guys .

For a system with watercooling in it , with a low budget ,  would you go for a Corsair 600T or a Corsair Air 540 ?

I would go with the Air 540 because it supports a triple rad in the front as opposed to the dual you could fit in a 600T.

A540 because it looks badass and has some nice wc features/rad mounts

I would say Air 540 (even though I think it's pretty ugly), what are you cooling? How much rad space do you need?

Well, there's two very different opinions of the aesthetic of a case.

I really don't like how wide it is, I get why they did it but it still looks kind of off to me, that's just my opinion :D

I'm not offended if you don't like my case, you're certainly not the only person I've heard who has a similar opinion about its styling.

Why would the OP even ask if its for an AIO? Both cases can accommodate a 240/280 rad, it would be down to the OP's preference when it comes to looks.

Ok, calm down. AIO is a lot cheaper than doing a custom loop. With him not stating a budget as being "low" and not putting a actually amount on it, not quite easy to tell.

I know, but 'budget' is a very relative term.

Thats why I asked AIO or custom .__________.

There are 240/280 AIOs that he could use.

Just a side note: I have the Corsair Air 540. I watercooled it, Cost me about 1.1k on watercooling parts alone. Yup. But damn the bitspower mod top and pump mod looks so good with a 250 res mod on top of it.

Maybe he is getting an AIO. sometimes people ask silly questions. Couldn't you WC a system for cheaper? I was looking on NCIX, and I figured it would cost under $600 for a 360x60 rad, a 240x35 rad, an Apogee HD, a Razor 780 block, an MCP655 pump, an MCRes Micro, Primochill tubing, and silver fittings. Where did you spend all that?!

Tsk tsk tsk, you have to go BIG when you do customer. Well the waterblock is a Ek supremacy Clean Nickle Plexi CSQ design, Rads im using at EK 240XTX, I have an external rad box, I use the Swiftech MPC655 PWM pump, bitspower top mod, bitspower pump mod, Bitspower 250 Res with the mod to hit perfectly onto the mod top. That pump has like $150 just in that mod kit with the res ontop of it ._. I use Bitspower Compressions that are like 10 bucks ea, they tend to add up quickly. XSPC Tubing with Mayhem pastel Sunset Yellow coolant. Systems got the MSI Mpower MAX, 4770k, 2 GTx 780s, Xonar Essence STX. Yeah... Its a black and yellow build.

Just a FYI, 600 Dollars is not a "low budget" solution at all. Considering 240 AIO are between $90-$150.
