Noctua for best performance, Corsair SP120 quiet edition for best looks and still pretty good/much better than average performance.

 

I rock a bunch of SP120's, they do a great job!

Noctua NF-F12 and I would put them in pull config to prevent dust in the radiator and its more easy to clean that way too.
