Parts Confirmation?

I will be getting a new card later so for now I am sticking to my cpu.

here's what I had thought up. blue are blocks. green is tubing. magenta is radiators. light blue is the reservior. I plan on modding my case by removing the HDD cage out and replace it with this http://www.corsair.com/en/catalog/product/view/id/1081/s/350d-single-hdd-cage-with-2x-tray/category/96/

I will put this where the yellow is.
