Slightly weird stuff

 So as I am browsing using Firefox I have started noting some strange behaviour - I see some bars/colored rectangles on google's logo (2 times) and a teal bar across Twitter.
It's something similar to this only it's teal bar instead of misplaced objects tho it has that as well.

Now, most people are probably yelling "Dead GPU" or "Broken Mobo" or whatever at me already but the weird thing is once I scroll past it or hover over it with the mouse it goes back to normal - refresh also seems to fix it. - Does that have something to do with the browser acting up or Should I be worried - temps are 32*C on GPU core and 20*C on CPU die every time.

I also cannot recreate it - I spam tabs, type random shit fast thinking it might be connected but nope - completely random. I also don't get artifacts in games - 2 instances of display corruption in LoL buuuut I'm willing to attribute that to drivers since I'm not the only one noticing such a thing.

Actually, this is a first for me in over 5 years of using their products (used 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 and now R9 200 (7000) series)
