Windows 8 error 651 help

Hi everyone! So I just finished building my pc and everything was working fine when I turned it on until I tried to connect to a network. I keep getting error 651. Troubleshooting keeps saying that my network adapter needs drivers?? So what do I do? I have no idea what I am doing. I am trying to use a wired connection. Need any more info? Please help!
