All purpose machine

My dad has requested me to build him a pc he can browse on and watch our family photos or whatever. He wants to use our 4k tv as display and some wireless peripherals. I have build two gaming PC's, so im familiar with higher end components, but I dont know jack about the more down to earth components. He wants to be able to stream content in 4k resolution and play the occational counterstrike. He also wants general speed, so an ssd might be a good idea. He wants the case to be small, but not plasticy

Can you guys suggest some components for the forementioned purposes?

Here's my start

Pentium xxxxxx

8gb 1600mhz

240gb ssd

370/370x

Some msi mini itx board

Rm 550

Bitfenix prodigy

212 evo

No budget really, but keep it realistic guys
