Windows 10 install fail :(

hello guys

I have windows 8.1 i take a backup i'm ready to install windows 10 i downloaded windows 10 iso when i enter the setup he asked me (where do you want to install windows)

I clicked on drive c and i clicked format he give me this error(we couldn't format the selected partition 0x8004242d)
