Hello, I was just posting to confirm that this build will in-fact work, This is my first build and I want to know anything from cheaper parts, to the amount of fans the the fan controller can take, wire length problems, or anything you can see, thanks in advance!

thats perfect. I know for a fact that the phantom also has some fan leads pre-installed going to the stock fans that come with the case.

Any idea how I should setup the fans, I was going to put 2 120mm in front 3 120mm in top and 1 140mm in back, then throw the fans that come with it out, any idea how I could keep all?

you might want to keep the fans that come with the case, just in case, (no pun intended, jk all puns intended). I would push in from the two in front and the back 140mm, then pull out the top. And if your motherboard has 6 fan headers, I would control them with the motherboard. It depends on your preference. If you want to get really fancy, get the Corsair link commander mini. with it you can control fans, rgb led strips, and monitor temps in your case, all from your OS.
