apart from base clock core ratio and voltage what other settings do i need to change and what do these settings do

Its like pulling teeth. 

 

Motherboard model. Cooling situation.

Just focus on ratio and cpu manual voltage. Increase ur multiplyer one by one until the system isnt stable then add .05 more v each time until its stable but remember to watch temps and keep the voltage under 1.3

does ring ratio or ring frequency matter
