I'm planning to write a book and it's sort of a tutorial in 2D graphics programming and for this I will have to use gimp/photoshop, MS Visual Studio 2012, inkscape, and Blender. Now if I include screenshots from these pieces of software in the book, will I have copyright issues?

My system: CPU: Intel i5 6500; Mobo: H110M-k; GPU: Nvidia GT 730; Memory: 16 GB; HDD: 2x 1TB HDD;

Depends on the developer. I'd ask for permission before you publish it.
