3.42A vs 4.74A

So I bought a new power supply for my laptop since the last one died, and I think I made a little mistake: the old power supply had 19V/4.47A/65W and the new one is 19V/3.42A/65W.

My laptop is a K53SV and my question is how will the lower amps affect the performance of my laptop during normal stuff ( browsing, watching stuff ) and during games.

pretty sure it wont charge as fast, not sure though

The 3.42A one is correct, because 65W at 19V is 3.42A. Not sure why the old one said 4.47A, because that would be 85W.

You should try to return that adapter and get a higher wattage one, you will be drawing too much power from that 65w adapter. You need a 90w if you have an i5 or below or 120w if you have the i7 model.
