Will windows 10 clean other drives?

Hello,

Ive got the windows 10 update, and want to tell it "delete everything".

if I tell it "delete everything" will it also clean my d, and e drives?

**doing the update, not an iso installation

 

if your scared to risk it just unplugged the drives your not using.

No, unless you choose the wrong drive at installation.

No, unless you choose the wrong drive at installation.

You cannot choose a drive while updating. unfortunetly.

What this guy says. Just unplug it to be 100% sure

You cannot choose a drive while updating. unfortunetly.

if you do a fresh install you can, if you just update to windows 10 straight from the desktop it will keep all your files anyway no matter what drive it overwrites.

Yes and no.

If I do an update/upgrade, I can choose 3 options:

Keep programs & personal files

Keep personal files

Delete everything

 

I want to choose the 3rd option, but was afraid it will delete everything in all drives.
