I get 100% disk usage pretty often. I have a Samsung SSD 840 Evo,
When I force Utorrent to force re-sjekk a 50GB folder, I get 100% disk usage. The transfer speed is about 200MB/s.
I also get 100% disk usage when booting up my PC.

I guess 200MB/s is fast, but this didn't happened in Windows 7. My PC goes really slow when I get 100% disk usage.
I don't usually re-sjekk my torrents, it was just a test. But when I do multiple things, I always get 100% disk usage.

Also, does anyone know how to prevent iTunes to startup when booting my PC?
Msconfig and Ccleaner cannot find iTunes. The only thing is iTuneshelper, but I have tried to disable it, but it doesn't work.

I had the same issue - 100% load on the drive on Windows 8.1, and it stayed for around a minute after boot. I found out that the stupid AV software was doing its "magic" causing the slowness.

Regarding the iTunes, did you check the Task Manager--> Startup tab?

Yes, iTunes is now where to be found. iTunes didn't open in Windows 7. I did a fresh Windows 10 install, and I didn't click any option that is ''Open itunes on Startup''

Maybe you could make the service not to start automatically but manually. Warning: Each time you want to use the software you will have to go to the services and start it. The other way you could try is CCleaner. there is the same startup menu, but I am not sure if you see iTunes in there as well.
