broken nvidia Shield tablet screen

can someone help me on were i can find a place in Winnipeg Manitoba would fix a nvidia shield tablet screen i am not to sure to look as this is a more of a rare item 

 

Nvidia issued a recall for all shield tablets due to a possible fire hazard due to the battery overheating.

 

I'm sure they'd take yours and replace it with one that's functioning correctly without chance of fire.

That is given his is actually eligible. It's not all of the devices, it's the devices with a specific battery model.
