Laptop CPU fight!

So for streaming/gaming/work PC, I wanted a laptop that can stream/game but still have some decent horse power.

 

Thus far I'm torn between a i7-4810MQ and a i7-4940MX, these CPU's have very similar specs but what I'm confused about is that there is about a $800 difference in price between the two. I take it I'd be stupid to go with the i7-4940MX as these two cards are so similar in terms of specs but the pricing is so different.

 

Could anyone enlighten me with some CPU knowledge here?
