W10 and intel HD

Recently just before the windows release, intel and microsoft teamed up to squash a battery life bug that effected intel HD graphics users and caused reportedly at most a 10% battery drain. Anyone els having battery life problems on intel HD? They didnt manage to fix it as im still seeing 40% better battery in windows 7 than 10. Thats a lot shorter battery life, almost half, making the laptop a bit useless.

I don;t have the same issue. It's possible that you have some apps that are always on that are draining battery. For example, if you have Cortana set to respond to "Hey, Cortana," it pulls on your battery constantly.
