So, basically anything that has to do with the desktop will freeze it, so I will now elaborate.

If I switch a monitor (I have 2 running at the moment) to a new main monitor, my whole pc will freeze image-wise, I can still hear audio, click things, and even see my mouse moving on screen but that is it. I cant click anything for a good 10-20 seconds. I also twitch stream using OBS, some people may know it and some may not. There is an option that allows me to capture my desktop, or capture the game itself. If I switch to desktop capture my monitors will do that freezing thing but this time with only a 2 second break inbetween the freezes. Does anybody know why this is doing this? I don't think this is linked with the problem but when I turn off my PC and its on the windows 8 turning off screen, this error pops up saying the memory at (address) couldn't be (something something).

Thanks in advance for any help.
