Sent them an email regarding the Vermin Roche bug (google it, you'll find that a bunch of people have had that problem) and that I wanted a refund because I couldn't continue on with the game (I have played 26ish hours so far) AND THEY FUCKING REFUSE IT!

I need some advice/consolation because this bug costed me $60
