Well youre probably going to want to reinstall windows since the drivers wont be the same, and you want these drivers to be 100% working and not conflicting

If it's a different chipset uninstall the drivers but that's about it

If you are switching motherboards, I would perform a clean install to avoid driver conflicting with older drivers. Copy down your overclocking settings if you overclock as you will lose them if you switch motherboards.

Don't forget to back up your files.....as everyone else states fresh install equals happy PC...unless the gremlins get after you....enjoy your new MOBO.
