Pc Won t display anything

I recently bought a new case and cpu cooler. Yesterday i switched all my pc part in the new case. Now when i start it everything is working fine but it doesn't display anything not even the bios. I removed the small battery and cleared the cmos. I tried the integrated graphics with vga, dvi and hdmi without any success. I also unpluged everything except one ram, cpu, cpu cooler, and psu. I dont have the mobo speaker. How can I fix it? If i can t how can i determine if it is a cpu failure or a mobo failure? Everything used to work perfectly before.
