Anyone know how to fix this?

How the fuck did you strip it that bad?

 

You might have to just drill it out.

Left hand drill bit is the best way to remove those, hoping it drills in and bites so it loosen the screw, let me guess Nvidia card?

Yes GTX 580

 

It seems like it's an issue with material quality as another user pointed out since there have been a lot of posts on stripped screws. But yeah as said if you can get a left hand drill bit it should bite into the screw enough and back it out, in an ideal situation.

Dont drill or use a hacksaw like a jackass.

 

Use a sodering iron and soder on an old screw driver to the screw. This is the safest way to do it and always works.

If its for a GPU they are pretty standard, my shop i work for has a droor full of em go to a pc repair store they will probably have a bunch or try amazon or ebay
