upgrade the hdd to 10

format it. 

then install 10 on the ssd. after you unplug the hdd.

I would do a clean install.

 

If you really want to transfer, Clonezilla is free and free of bloatware/advertizing:  http://clonezilla.org/

 

You install the program onto a disc or USB stick (170MB), and boot your PC into it.  It has it's own GUI.
